Tifo is the angel fund of Zach Holman. I was formerly the second engineer hired at GitHub; I went on to advise GitLab ahead of their IPO. I also built Signed for angel investors to manage their portfolio (this very website you're lookin' at!) I'm also a minority owner of two soccer clubs: Oakland Roots (USL Championship) and Cagliari Calcio (Serie A). Because of my background, I tend to invest in developer tools and sports tech, but I have a lot of different interests in other areas, too. Happy to learn more about what you're building!

Investment Background
I invest through Tifo (tifo.com), a venture capital-ish fund where I've invested $10k-25k checks into hundreds of early-stage startups.
Since it's my own fund, I get to invest across all sorts of different, odd fields. Because of my background, though (early GitHub and GitLab, soccer club owner), primarily I invest in developer tools and sports.
