# Signed > Portfolio tracking for angel investors Signed is a portfolio management and performance tracking application for angel investors, small fund managers, and startup employees. It automates portfolio tracking, AI-powered diligence, investor updates, pitch triage, and tax reporting. For more detailed information, see [llms-full.txt](https://signed.com/llms-full.txt). ## Public Pages - [Home](https://signed.com/) - [About](https://signed.com/about) - [Pricing](https://signed.com/pricing) - [Blog](https://signed.com/blog) - [Contact](https://signed.com/contact) - [Privacy](https://signed.com/privacy) - [Investor Directory](https://signed.com/investors) - [Learn Center](https://signed.com/learn) - Guides and resources for angel investors - [Glossary](https://signed.com/learn/glossary) - Angel investing terms, defined - [Tools](https://signed.com/tools) - Free calculators, no account required - [QSBS Calculator](https://signed.com/tools/qsbs-calculator) - Section 1202 exclusion under both the pre- and post-July 2025 regimes - [MCP Server](https://mcp.signed.com/) - Connect an AI assistant to your Signed account - [Public MCP Server](https://mcp.signed.com/investors) - Search the angel investor directory from any AI assistant, no account needed ## MCP Server Signed has an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at https://mcp.signed.com. Point Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client at that URL and it will walk you through connecting your Signed account with OAuth. Tools cover your portfolio and performance, companies, pitches, notes, follows, and public investor profiles; your assistant can also jot a note or log an investment for you, and everything else is read-only. There is also a public MCP server at https://mcp.signed.com/investors that needs no account, sign-in, or token. It is the angel investor directory: search investors by keyword, sector, and check size, read any public investor profile (bio, investment focus, links, pinned portfolio companies, whether they take pitches and where), and see who follows whom. It is read-only, and every tool is documented with its arguments and a sample request on that page. ## Features - Portfolio tracking and performance analytics (IRR, TVPI, DPI) - AI-powered diligence and document analysis - Investor update management - Pitch triage and submission portal - Tax reporting - Team collaboration with notes, emails, and attachments - Public investor profiles and directory ## Learn Center ### Help with Signed - [Building Your Angel Investor Profile](https://signed.com/learn/articles/building-your-angel-investor-profile): Establishing your presence as an angel investor goes beyond cutting checks.
